Kit Name *

Create a name for your kit. The name you select should describe the kit, its contents or its purpose. For example, you could name your kit Westerville HS Physical Science 2020.

Kit Quantity *

Enter the total number of kits that you plan to order.

SKU *

A SKU is a custom identification that you will supply. The SKU will be unique to this kit and can be any combination of letters and numbers and will be used to identify this kit. This will be important for purposes of re-ordering or referencing the kit for later revisions. Example: WHS-PHS103-A. In this example, WHS is the school abbreviation, followed by the course (PHS103) and the revision identifier (A).

Products In Your Kit

URL *

Add products from any website by copying and pasting the URL (website address) of the products you'd like to include in your custom kit. Example: https://www.amazon.com/Post-Americas-Favorite-Sticky-Canary/dp/B00006JNNE

Qty/Kit *

How many pieces do you want in each kit? Use the number of pieces in each kit, not the total order quantity.

**THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! This tells us if the link that you provided includes multiple quantities. If you check this box, we will review the quantity listed on the website you supplied and divide it by the quantity per kit (Qty/Kit). EXAMPLE: Sam is building 40 custom kits. Sam finds a website with an item she wants and the item comes in a package of 15 on that website. Sam copies the website URL and pastes it in the URL field. Sam needs 4 pieces of this item in each kit, so she enters the number 4 in the Qty/Kit field. Sam will also check the Multiple box for that item because the item count on the URL she selected does not match the Qty/Kit that she wants. This tells us that we will need to multiply the number of kits by the Qty/Kit and divide that by the number of items appearing in the package on the website Sam supplied.
